Oumi Shrine
From the shrine, the body was cremated at the top of Shiramine Mountain on Wakkanigatake. During the cremation, purple smoke billowed out and clumps of cinders remained motionless at the bottom of the valley. A shrine was built there. This is the Oumi Shrine at the foot of the mountain, which is called Smoke Palace.
