Kiyama (462 m above sea level) is one of the few sunrise spots in Sakaide City where you can see the “sunrise” rising from the Sanuki Mountain Range.
As the sunrise time approaches, the ridges of the Sanuki Mountain Range gradually become brighter and the summit is enveloped in a solemn atmosphere.
The direction of sunrise is in the direction of Fuchu Lake at the foot of the mountain, the Sanuki Fuchu-ko Bridge (cable-stayed bridge) on the Takamatsu Expressway, and the cone-shaped Jubei Mountain (Tofuji).
Sunrise time: around 7:10 a.m. (Sunrise time varies depending on location, topography, etc.)
