Sakaiya-Soy was founded in 1819 (Bunsei 2). It is a quaint soy sauce factory reminiscent of the Showa period.

In recent years, the factory has developed several new products using the manufacturing technology they have aquired over their many years of operation. Check out the Sanuki-shiro set and the special tamago-kake soy sauce for rice with a raw egg.
