Kamata Pond
Kamata Pond is a nature-rich spot where you can enjoy beautiful scenery throughout the four seasons.
Especially in spring, about 100 Somei Yoshino cherry trees bloom brilliantly, and when in full bloom, the entire pond is enveloped in a soft cherry blossom pink.
The cherry blossoms reflected on the water surface and the satoyama (rural mountain) landscape heal the hearts of visitors.
Also, a walking path of about 1.6 km is maintained around the pond, which is popular as a running course for local junior high and high school students and as a health walking spot in the morning and evening.

Path of Priest Saigyo
Emperor Sutoku, who was defeated in the Hogen Rebellion and spent time in Sanuki (Sakaide).
It is said that three years after Emperor Sutoku’s death, in 1168, Priest Saigyo visited the Shiromine Imperial Mausoleum.
The approximately 1.34-kilometer path from Seikai Shrine to Shiromine Imperial Mausoleum and Shiromineji Temple, which is believed to have been followed at that time, is the ‘Path of Priest Saigyo’.

Seto Ohashi Memorial Park
It is a park developed to commemorate the opening of the Seto Ohashi Bridge, with numerous cherry trees planted throughout its vast grounds.
